Typically to complete an inspection report files need to taken to site, the report completed on paper and then typed up, formatted and checked back at the office. With Buildaform Mobile Inspector inspection bookings can be made by third parties online.
Inspectors then receive a booking request and inspections are done onsite via a Mobile Phone/Laptop / iPad and can be sent direct to clients from site or electronically sent back to your Buildaform database.
From there inspection reports can be finalised and emailed within minutes complete with photos taken on that inspection. Finalised inspection reports can also be printed out, stored in Buildaform or easily transferred to other systems.
