At Buildaform we are are dedicated to providing you with an ongoing service. We are constantly working on improving our product and keeping our templates up to date in line with legislative changes.
We don’t price our service like the way you buy most software ie large upfront licensing fees per user and long term support and version upgrade payments.. Our pricing model can be better defined by the things you DONT HAVE TO PAY for rather than what you do.
When you sign up to Buildaform there are NO:
- No set up costs
- Training fees ( based on an inital 2 hour online training session incl in your subscription)
- Additional costs per user
- Hardware or Networking costs
- Annual upgrade or support costs
- Long term contracts. You can cancel at any time and download your files.
We pay a small fee per job loaded into Buildaform (with discounts for volume) .To get started you simply purchase a minimum number of job or inspection credits. You then use the credits as you continue to set up jobs in the system and only purchase additional credits when required. In this way Buildaform requires no large capital outlay and you will quickly see that it more than pays for itself in terms of labour time savings. In fact, we have found that many of our clients prefer this pricing model and can then oncharge their clients the small Buildaform file or inspection administration/archive charge as part of their overall service offering.
