Backoffice Overview

With increasingly regulation many certifiers are finding they are reliant on office support to generate their certificates and are spending larger amounts of time on administration rather than in the field. Buildaform has been designed specifically to address this issue.

  • Buildaform is web based software application which you logon to over the internet. Buildaform comes complete with statutory certificates, reports and letter templates which you can customize with your logo and company details.
  • Once your account is set up you can easily enter client and project data and start creating project files which are stored in your Buildaform database.
  • As the certification process progresses you are only required to add incremental data and press a button to automatically generate the required certificate or letter.
  • All documents are then stored electronically as PDFs offsite and can easily be accessed for auditing purposes. During the process the Buildaform dashboard has a clearly defined workflow process that enables you to track progression of each project file

Features

BCA Auditor. New! This feature has all the BCA clauses with preset wording with editable areas against the clause, with a simple tick open and edit function on each clause. It provides the whole 140 clauses of the BCA for the purposes of, plan checking to identify defects and respond to clients, due diligence reporting for existing buildings. BCA auditor has mobile interaction which allows you undertake the whole 140 clauses on the PDA with defect photos and directly upload to the project file via either GPRS or by device cradling.
