I have found that since I have implemented Buildaform into my business our team has reduced file processing and management times by approximately 38%. Work is processed far more efficiently and with most functions automated processing errors are also reduced. This results in less administration time needed per file and importantly, has created greater customer satisfaction.

Before Buildaform our inspections were completed on carbon copy report, which was left onsite, difficult to read and, often lost. Now we still complete our inspections onsite, but on mobile phones instead. Our inspection reports are then instantly sent to our clients and Buildaform via email. By the time we return to the office all our reports have been completed and filed. I estimate this saves the business approximately 30mins per inspection in processing time.
